After many years of completing our charities Gift Aid claims manually on long hand ledgers, Virtual Secretary was able to design a database for us.  This database not only speeded up the process of recording Gift Aid data but we also found that our revenue increased dramatically.  Amongst many other benefits, we are now able to target members who have not yet completed a Gift Aid Declaration which is something that was virtually impossible to do before.  Well done and thank you for all the hard work you put into helping us make our charity more efficient.
